School stress, friendships, family expectations, social pressure, and figuring out who you are, it can all pile up quickly. Sometimes it feels easier to keep things inside than to explain how you’re really feeling.

It’s a place where you can talk openly, feel understood, and work through whatever’s going on whether that’s anxiety, stress, friendships, family stuff, or just feeling overwhelmed by life.

I work with teens (ages 13-17) in a way that respects their voice while also collaborating with parents when helpful. My goal is to support your teen’s emotional well-being while creating a space they feel comfortable in.
